Regional Justice Data Specialist (Africa/Europe) .

IJM is seeking passionate individuals to manage an excellent global casework software program and business intelligence reporting tool. The Justice System Data Specialist, Africa/Europe, will provide key data insights that will help the Africa/Europe Region plan and execute its work in the field. This person will collaborate with field office leaders to deliver high levels of support to program staff to ensure maximum data capture and quality, increased team efficiency, and compliance with organization policies and best practice. Analysis of this data shall inform field office programming decisions as well as organization wide strategic communications. He/ she will be required to master UM's key software programs for managing justice system data: Casework Tracking and Management System (UDS) and Tableau business analytics tool as well as analyze user feedback trends in Africa/Europe that need organizational attention and proactively propose Improvements. He/she will lead periodic data audits in the field and assess Impact on data integrity and also support the teams through developing high-quality training for the deployments of new versions in Africa/Europe, including follow-up support calls after deployment.
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and reports to the Data Insights and Operations Manager, Justice Operations, at M's headquarters in Washington, DC, in collaboration with the Country Director in UM Kenya. Up to twelve weeks of travel within the region will be required per year based on needs of Field Offices.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• At least two (2) years' experience working with justice system for similar) data: prior database management experience preferred:
• Proven ability to provide professional service to a variety of internal stakeholders: • Exceptional ability in written and oral communications:
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment:
• Experience providing training and consultation to a wide variety of audiences:
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office, with significant experience with Excel preferred; and English fluency.
