Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a qualified Node.js/GraphQL/SQL back-end developer to join our Engineering team.
You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications. As a senior back-end developer you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop function APIs, while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
• 6+ years' experience in software development with expert level expertise in multiple programming languages and methodologies
• 4+ years hands-on experience with application development tools
• Strong mathematical skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated with superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of accountability
• Node.js: Ability to write comprehensive tests, identify edge cases, and work with Typescript
• SQL: Ability to work with SQL directly, write Postgresql functions, and work with core and special Postgresql features
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Know how to implement authorization with mechanisms like OAuth, JSON Web Token.
• Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like Git.
• Understanding what the business/stakeholders need and transfer that into your project.
• An understanding of SQL best practices and a commitment to following them.
• Ability to work through new and difficult SQL issues.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of Node.js applications.
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
