JOB DETAILS:

OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the holder of this position is responsible for providing strategic and visionary leadership with full operational responsibility in achieving the NETFUND mandate. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in the development and deployment of the organization's strategy.
• Develop, promote and implement sound legal and regulatory
• framework.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams to create a high performance culture.
• Oversee the implementation of resource allocation, efficient program implementation, and competent program monitoring and evaluation
• Lead the development and execution of an effective fundraising and communications strategy aimed at raising funds, generating goodwill and advancing the mission of NETFUND.
• Provide leadership in the inculcation of NETFUND values.
• Provide regular and quality reports to the Board of Trustees.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration or any other Business related field
• Must have 10 years relevant experience with at least five (5) years in senior management.
• Demonstrable resource mobilization capabilities.
• Knowledge of resource mobilization and grant management.
