At Dalberg Data Insights, we identify the data solutions to international development challenges. We access, analyze, and integrate data from different sources to design data products. Using our products and solutions, local and global communities can better target, implement, and evaluate their programs and initiatives.
Dalberg Data Insights is currently leading the Data-Against-COVID19 Task Force in Belgium. We are building data products, algorithms and data visualizations that help public health officials and policymakers make more informed decisions in the response against COVID19. • Vision and thought leadership
• Setting a vision for how the data products can be scaled
• Staying on top of technology trends and developments
• Shaping thought leadership pieces on technology and development

• Defining an HR strategy for the tech team (as part of the overall HR strategy) and building the tech team

• Defining a tech strategy for DDI as part of the overall vision, strategy and commercial strategy

Minimum Qualifications
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years experience in a tech role, with at least 5 years managerial experience
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the tech ecosystem in Africa with an eye towards the future
• Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to delegate efficiently
