Our client in manufacturing industry (Assembling 3-wheeelers -TUKTUK) is looking to for a well experienced candidate for Deputy sales manager and sales executives in following areas (Nakuru, Eldoret, Ksiumu, Malindi) The candidates will be doing sales and marketing of the 3-wheelers TUKTUK .

Responsibilities – deputy sales manager
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
• Identifying and evaluating trends and options.
• Choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Degree / diploma Sales & Marketing or related field with related verse experience
• Past Experience on sales of 3-wheelers vehicles
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field dealing with 3-wheelers

• Ability to build and maintain long term business relationships
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
