Job Title : Deputy General Manager - Human Resources
Reporting To: General Manager - Human Resources
Sub-Group: Administration

Age: 30 To 40 Years
Education: Master’s Degree/ Graduation In Human Resources
Proficiency In Computer Is Must
Degree From Abroad Will Be An Added Advantage
Experience: 10+ Years Of Experience In Human Resources
Experience In Hospital Will Be An Added Advantage.
Internal Interface: Respective Department Hods, Coordinators, Doctors
External Interface: External Agencies, Govt. Authorities, Recruitment Agencies
Supervision:
Direct Reportees: HR Assistants
Indirect Reports:

JOB PURPOSE:
Assist Group Head HR by Overseeing & Managing HR Processes for the developing &
strengthening the HR Department of the Group.
To ensure timely processing of all statutory requirements, to handle payroll process, HRIS updation of salary process FFS, performance appraisal process, Training & Development, all HR operational work, Employee Engagement & Development activities to facilitate a performance driven Culture

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the recruitment and selection process of national staff.
Preparing monthly payroll for national staff
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a planned continuous recruiting, testing, and interviewing program: counselling managers on candidate selection conducting and analyzing exit interviews: recommending changes.
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
Performance management coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies etc.
Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation
Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities and campaigns promoting occupational health and safety
Facilitate communication and employee engagement / involvement initiative.
Administer salary performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures
Support the administration of employee compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs.
Conduct training sessions related to ethics, benefits, safety.or others as required. Plan and participate in departmental talent management and succession review

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of role related HR policies, structures, statutory requirements
Basic computer operations (Email, MS-office usage)
Advanced Excel Skills.
Cultural and political awareness and sensitivity
Senior Management Interaction capability
