BRANCH MANAGER - MERU

The purpose of this position is to grow our Branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, recruiting & managing a motivated sales team, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• A diploma in insurance (IIK, CII) is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets, with a strong focus on Non-Motor insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and manage Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers and support staff to build a high-performance team.
• Implement company strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives at branch level.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
