JOB DETAILS:

• Job Title: Guest Relations Executive
• Industry: Beauty & Personal Care Industry
• Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and guide them through compliance and check-in procedures
  • Maintain spa ambiance, cleanliness, and readiness of guest areas
  • Coordinate guest flow by notifying therapists and managing forms/service cards
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards at reception and waiting areas
  • Upsell and cross-sell spa services and products to guests
  • Collect client feedback and support quality control documentation
• Required Specifications:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
  • Warm, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and attentive to guest needs
  • Well-groomed, professional, and able to uphold high presentation standards

Work Hours: 8
