JOB DETAILS:
• Our Client is an interior architecture and design firm based in Nairobi. They provide end-to-end processes for design solutions; from design, planning, and execution (build/fit out) to furnishing and decorating spaces.
• They seek to hire an experienced Interior Designer/CAD Technician. The individual will be mandated to sketch design plans, determine costs for different projects, source materials and products for the designs, inspect construction to ensure alignment with design specifications etc.

Gross pay= Kes 63,000/-

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Interpret and translate client needs into space plans
• Implement the design phase of projects from concept to completion
• Conduct site surveys and define project requirements during briefing
• Consider materials and costs and prepare furnishing estimates
• Source for Sample or develop Mood boards and 3D renders
• Prepare and make client presentations, prepare detailed working drawings and plans
• Procure written quotes for design elements, furnishing and materials
• Conduct on-site design supervision and provide recommendations to help streamline projects
• Take, circulate and maintain project meeting minutes
• Identify new businesses and sell services to potential clients

Required Specifications:
• Demonstrable working experience in designing Interior spaces
• At least Five years of relevant experience
• Proficient in ArchiCAD / AutoCAD,
• Proficiency in Sketchup/3DMax/Revit, Illustrator/Photoshop or other design programs are an
• added advantage
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for detail
• 5. Posses great project management skills, communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
