Production Supervisor Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Food Science and Technology, Agri-business or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fresh produce packhouse and processing environment.
• Additional training and/or familiarity in food safety standards e.g. BRCGS, Global Gap, is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of grading and quality standards across a wide range of fresh produce products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Level of Education: high school
