Sales Executive Last Date: 11/5/2025 Job Overview Job Title: Sales Executive Industry: Fresh Produce / FMCG Location: Limuru, Kenya Role Summary: Our client is a dynamic and growing agribusiness company dedicated to providing high-quality, farm-fresh produce to both local and regional markets and is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our market presence while maintaining strong customer relationships. Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information to clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide business growth. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and payments in the company’s CRM or tracking system. Participate in trade shows, promotions, and marketing campaigns as needed. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in fresh produce, FMCG, or agrisme's sectors. Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management. Experience working in digital market solutions offering high quality fresh produce. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems. Be willing to travel locally. Knowledge of the fresh produce market and supply chain will be an added advantage.
