Our Client In Investment Banking is looking to hire a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.

Serve as the first point of contact for brokerage clients via phone, email, and in-person. Handle client inquiries related to account opening, trade execution, statements, and system access. Liaise with the trading and operations teams to resolve trade or account-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely escalation of complex issues. Educate clients on brokerage products, online trading platforms, and market procedures. Monitor and follow up on pending client requests to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to client retention by providing professional, courteous, and efficient service. Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.

Good understanding of trading processes, client onboarding, and capital markets operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and client service orientation. Proficiency in MS Office: experience with trading platforms (e.g., ATS, TBS, CDSC systems) is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a brokerage firm, investment bank, or call center environment.
