Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to live chat inquiries and support tickets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide customer support through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage WhatsApp chats and assist Us in making customer interactions smoother.
  • Follow up on customer issues and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Attain the required Customer satisfaction rate.
  • Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3 minutes.

Requirements

  • Typing speed of 40 words per Minute.
  • Degree or diploma in a Business-related Course.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good Customer Service Skills.
  • Good communication skills.
