The profile we are looking for is a Customer minded colleague, with a strong background in solution delivery, support, and operations. You will work in all phases of the life cycle including installation, upgrade, troubleshooting, integration, and maintenance, but also be a key stakeholder for improving our product to meet all the future DevOps demands by taking us to a fully automated CI/CD flow. Our ways of working are based on agile principles, and we are organized in a true DevOps structure, “small company approach”, there you will play a vital role.
This unit is built and based on diversity, a strong cross-unit collaboration, a high degree of innovation, and learning culture, to reach business excellence.

What you will do
The candidate enjoys working in teams with the ability to lead and work in a multinational, multi-site cross-functional teams/program setup. Capable of being part of 24/7 support and traveling for job on-site when required. Additionally, we believe the candidate has good analytical and communication skills. High skills in oral and written English, Swedish language skills are an advantage.

You will bring
• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom).
• Linux/Unix experience
• Container technology e.g. Docker/Kubernetes
• Working with vitalization technologies.
• Broad understanding of SAN/LAN/WAN/Server technologies, pref HPE/Broadcom/F5/HP
• Understanding of security in a virtualized environment and working with Firewalls.
• Experience in end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Understanding and experience of container technology.
• Scripting (e.g. Python)
• A phenomenal teammate that enjoys working in a multi-culture environment
• Positive attitude with a passion to win
