JOB DETAILS:
Location: Nairobi or Oxford (preferred). +/- 1 hour from either Nairobi or Oxford will also be considered, ideally in Oxfam affiliate HQ office locations (i.e South Africa, Spain, Netherlands)
Contract: Open-ended.
One Oxfam Grade: C2
Salary and benefits: National package.

The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for two People Partners (or 2 FTE). This role will work in an agile way to provide both People Partnering support to a stakeholder group whilst also working on priority projects and initiatives. The role primarily supports the Oxfam International Secretariat, but will also provide HR solutions and coordination to support either countries, regions, or the wider Oxfam confederation. .

Who we're looking for
You will have demonstrated experience in delivering effective people partnering support across all functional areas of HR, including strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and development practices, ideally within an international context. You will be experienced in developing and maintaining effective relationships across diverse areas and levels of the organization. You will be able to work well in an agile way often in a context of complexity and ambiguity, responding to and anticipating partnering and project needs. You will demonstrate a commitment to role-modelling Oxfam’s values and feminist principles in the way you conduct yourself as a People Partner.
