We are looking for a Country Manager to join our global team in Nairobi, Kenya. We specialize in Manpower, Recruitment, Outsourcing Services in Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas. We focus on clients from Energy, Oil & Gas and Renewables industry. The Country Manager position is a sales driven role with the key functionality to drive new business and manage the full recruitment cycle for all types of vacancies. .

Responsibilities include:
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through extensive professional networking and targeted marketing, uses skillful questioning techniques to generate new leads and understand short/medium and long term requirements of clients.
• Negotiating commercially appropriate terms of business & preferred supplier agreements.
• Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met
• Making recommendations to clients in Kenya regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements
• Meeting with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
• Liaising with team-mates to accomplish business growth goals
