JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a Kenya’s leading spring mattress specialists. They seek to hire a vibrant and efficient Customer Service team leader who will handle client enquiries and develop strategies that the team will use to reach set goals. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise all customer service operations carried out by the team.
• Manage the team to ensure excellent delivery of customer service
• Set standard operating procedure for the customer service team as well grow/mentor the team to become high performers
• Develop policies and structures for the customer service department
• Monitor online presence of the company on social media and e-commerce platforms
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Oversee orders made by the team and ensure effective delivery of goods to customers
• Liaise with sales team to resolve any sales related issues with customers/agents
• Coordinate with warehouse department on stock position of items, offloading details and delivery of the units to the customer..

• A Degree in Communication/Business Administration /Marketing or a related field
• A minimum of two years of progressive working experience in customer service, PR, or administrative.
• A proactive person with good communication skills.

• Must be conversant with computer applications (MS Office Word, Excel and internet
