Job Summary
The Position
Lori is seeking a proven leader as Head of Product Operations to join our Product Operations team. You will play a crucial role in the build out of Lori’s global operation processes and their automation. You will work at the intersection of our business operations and technology, to ensure we develop the right solutions for our stakeholders and deploy those solutions. The successful candidate is a process driven doer who excels at change and project management and enjoys building. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the product operations team
• Define product requirements and implement process and system improvements across the organization
• Own, execute and change-manage complex projects involve technology and other business units at Lori
• Drive process automation across the company
• Work with product teams on product introductions, usability testing, and training program
• Enforce adoption and compliance to processes to merge operations and new products
• Develop partnerships to further the impact and reach of our tech operations
• Draft requirements, presentations and training documentation to communicate processes and priorities to stakeholders

  Job Qualifications:
• Proven leader with 3-5 years of experience in coaching, developing and leading people
• Background in operations and/or supply chain
• Background at a top tier firm in consulting, or similar growth or product operations roles in a high-growth environment
• Proven analytical skills to understand metrics and build insights from data
• Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent structured thinking and communication skills.
• Success in developing, implementing and automating processes
• Background from Undergraduate degree from top tier university
