• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective Human Resources and Administrative strategy that will enhance efficient management and implementation of sound HR practices policies and procedures that will optimize utilization of Human Resources within the company. He/she is the custodian of administrative policies and operating procedures, which includes managing of contracted goods and services.
