JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing, Key Account Manager -Retail Sales will perform the following duties: -
• Set and drive Sales Strategies for each category in the Retail Segment.
• Set and achieve Annual and Monthly Sales Targets.
• Set and achieve Annual and Monthly Margin Targets.
• Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads.
• Proactively manage receivables.
• Understanding the client requirements and customizing the product/services as per their needs.
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
• Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
• Motivating team members and being a pillar of support for them and stand by their side at the hours of crisis and be a source of inspiration for team members.
• Manage 3rd Tier distribution category.
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
• Set and drives Sales & Profitability Strategies for each category in the Retail Segment.
• Lead a team to high performance.
• Core KPI – Drive substantial sales and gross margin growth in the Retail Segment.
• Any other work that may be required by Retail Sales Manager.

• Bachelor degree from a recognized University in Business, Marketing or related field.

Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales Management.
• Experience in FMCG companies is a must and experience in a dairy company is a definite advantage.
