JOB DETAILS:
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
Reporting to: Head, Division National Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Lung Disease
Contract Period: Minimum one (1) year on contract terms based on performance and availability of funds.. .

Job Responsibilities:
The M&E Officer will be expected to;
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Support roll out and implementation of TB M&E and laboratory information systems.
• Provide technical expertise and advanced data analysis and overall data management for surveys and operational research programs
• Develop and implement Monitoring and evaluation plans for TB-Program projects
• Regularly develop and review tools for Monitoring and evaluation
• Provide technical lead in quarterly data cleaning and data quality assessments.
• Develop capacity building materials for monitoring and evaluation for DNTLD-P.
• Development of Monitoring and Evaluation frameWorks for Strategic plans and mid-term Reviews
• Carry out any other duties assigned to him or her by the head of the program.

  Job Qualifications:
• Masters level Degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and any other relevant degree
• Training in monitoring and evaluation will be an added advantage
• Five (5) years practical experience in conducting and leading sector programme-related
• M&E including baseline and evaluation design and implementation
• M&E experience with large grant-funded programs
• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative evaluation and research skills.
• Experience in data analysis using statistical software;
• Experience in carrying out surveys and research Has participated in writing papers for publishing
