JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a bee wax company committed to providing pure, premium, quality beeswax and ensuring there is stable supply that meet customer’s demand. They seek to hire an operation’s manager who will supervise the production team, manage and execute production projects. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for timely delivery.
• Assign daily workload to the team members under your supervision.
• Develop production programs and guidelines to support company objectives.
• Recommend process improvement to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Ensure that your team follows and adheres to company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure proper layout of equipment within the facility.
• Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Determine the right equipment, materials and manpower requirements for projects and production execution.
• Ensure that final products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and inspections on a regular basis

  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management specializing in Human resource/ accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years ‘experience with 1 year experience as an operations or production manager in an FMCG.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
• High degree of integrity and honesty.
• Able to speak with authority in both English and Kiswahili languages.
• Already living near or willing to relocate to Thika East, Machakos county
• Excellent accounting and analytical skill
• Conversant with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks software
• Well conversant with contemporary Human Resource management
