JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited from qualified persons for the above vacant position. .
Principal Responsibility:
1. Handling repairs of Home and small appliances
2. Handling Inbound repairs as well doing outcalls as and when required
3. Collecting the Job Cards for the inspection
4. Responsible for Technical remarks after inspection
5. Scrutinizing of in warranty documents
6. Handling Parts Request basis on the approval of service manager
7. Testing of the products after the services
8. Responsible for minimizing turnaround time
9. Making sure of minimizing repeat complaints
10. Achieving the set service targets
11. Any technical issues should be reported to Services Manager
12. Responsible for proper checking of products which are coming for repairs
13. Reporting Job completion to the services Manager
