Key responsibilities:
• Welcome and interact with customers, find their preferences and to gently recommend coffee and other beverages they will enjoy.
• Develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items.
• Answer customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.
• Prepare a wide variety of coffees, teas and other drinks of the highest standard, following prescribed recipes and presentation techniques to ensure consistent quality.
• Co-ordinate the preparation of all orders from the coffee counter, enabling waiting staff to serve freshly made beverages promptly.
• Be prepared at quieter times to cover all aspects of the front counter role, including operating the till, waiting, and clearing tables.
• Reports all customer complaints to supervisor on duty and potential safety hazards, machine and equipment issues on CMS.
• Responds to customer needs proactively to prevent customer service situations.
• Answers telephone in a courteous and friendly manner including, but not limited to, greeting, giving directions to store location, receiving and filling customer orders, and calling back customers.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment, following approved operating procedures, food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• Keep equipment working efficiently by ensuring Shift-End and Day-End cleaning of coffee machines & equipment are done and any issues are reported promptly.
• Perpetuate company Core Values at all times.

Job Summary
Prepare quality customer orders on time and in accordance with the set SOPs of the company.

Main Outputs And Responsibilities For This Position
1. Ensuring general cleanliness at the back of house including all food materials and equipment’s.
2. Preparing customer order in a timely manner, sequence and according to company standards
3. Performing stock audit at the start and end of shift and ensuring the correct portion cups are used to attain the correct profitability.
4. Ensuring food, personal and colleagues’ safety when preparing and processing orders.
5. Ensuring food prepared is of proper quality and quantity and in line with the guidelines and standard operational manual.
6. Run large volume cooking equipment’s like grills, deep fryers, Broasters and Rotational ovens.
7. Maintain health standards and follow the required safety standards when opening and at closure of the stores.
8. Any other duties as may be assigned.

Education And Experience
1. Certificate in a hospitality and tourism management/food production.
2. Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience

Job Summary
The Team member will be our main point of contact for both our walk-in and online customers while providing excellent customer service. Be always friendly and polite to customers by providing positive customer experience while upselling and cross selling our products.
Report to Manager: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities
1. Greet customers with a smile and take the customer’s order, thank, and invite them back when they are leaving.
2. Provide menu options to the customer while upselling.
3. Processing both online and cash orders correctly into the system, issue receipts and ensure correct Change is given to the customer.
4. Answer customer queries about the menu.
5. Clear the table after customer is done eating.
6. Ensure that customers are given the correct order and in a timely manner.
7. Adhere to the companies’ uniform & customer service policy.
8. Be always friendly and polite to customers by providing positive customer experience.
9. Making sure the FOH is always neat & clean.
10. Keeping the counter and front equipment clean.
11. Keeping the display fridge clean and filled at all times according to the brands planogram.
12. Ensuring take away and online orders are correctly packed with all necessary condiments and dispatched to the rightful customers.
13. Maintain confidentiality regarding recipes, Sales and any financial policies and not to discuss them with non-company associates.
14. Performing stock issues and audits during opening, ongoing and at closing of every shift.
