We are looking for a Marketing and Client Service Executive. The right candidate will be responsible for marketing and growing the brand and for offering a positive and professional client service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide a positive and professional client service experience
• Manage client needs and expectations
• Responsible for marketing Ardy(the brand) and its products and services
• Enforce brand identity, increase brand awareness and visibility
• Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services
• Service sales prospects, follow up and close sales
• Set up client meetings
• Responsible for content creation, creating posters and social media management
• Coordinate, organise and manage events
• Manage client communication and inquiries
• Conduct market research and report findings
• Put together client presentations
• Prepare and submit regular reports

Person’s Specification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing
• Must have an excellent understanding of Marketing and Communication
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing and Communication
• Has basic CIM qualification
• Very good communicator with a pleasant personality
• Firm and assertive, organised and attentive to detail
• Strategic thinker and one who can solve problems
• Posses great digital marketing skills. Use of Canva, Indesign and Photoshop are an advantage
• Excellent with MS suite and possess great reporting skills
• Can work under pressure without supervision, coachable, flexible and adaptable
• Able to follow through and deliver results in a timely manner

Digital Marketing Executive

As a digital model designed agency, we are currently recruiting for a candidate to work in our digital marketing space.

KEY ROLES & EXPECTATIONS
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Producing valuable and engaging content for our digital channels and blogs that appeal to and converts our target audiences
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Manage online presence and brand of the company through social networking tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Google+ to allow the company engage with consumers in real time
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals – ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, with at least TWO years’ experience
• Degree in marketing or a related field
• Possess good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Project Officers, Digital Marketing and Public Relations

(EAP-K/PP/02)

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager and working under Component V Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Supporting in generating editorial content for special publications, Social Media posts, and internal & external newsletters to promote awareness of KENAS
• Carrying out activities that enhance KENAS brand visibility through education, sensitization programs, billboards, advertising, publicity and marketing activities
• Assisting in coordinating, planning and management of KENAS stakeholders’ forums, exhibitions, advocacy and education campaigns, corporate social responsibility activities.
• Assisting to draft, distribute and pitch press release/media advisory writing, editing, distribution, and media outreach and prepare media reports on assigned subjects.
• Compiling and updating media contact lists
• Drafting and organizing website and social media content to promote KENAS blogs, videos and media coverage on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Creating and coordinating content for social media campaigns and observances
• Monitoring and researching influencers, trending topics and tools.
• Responding to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints both online and physical.
• Assisting in Photography and videography activities, scheduling and coordinating of photo/video shoots
• Undertaking other Marketing Communication duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Marketing Option; International Business, International Relations and any other relevant discipline; from a recognized institution.
• Experience in Photography, digital communication through social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and use of Google analytics
• Knowledge of research, content creation and management, and media relations
• Trained in visual arts or studio, digital media strategies and implementation is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• At least one-year internship or relevant experience; and
• Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya;
