Key Accountabilities (Not All-Inclusive, Within Delegated Authority):
• Provide support on the recruitment actions to ensure consistent, high quality, timely implementation of the approved recruitments.
• Provide active support in communicating with the applicants (internal/external candidates) about the vacancy announcement, until the recruitment is completed.
• Provide full administrative support with the ongoing recruitment processes (scheduling tests or interviews, preparing minutes, and following up on approvals).
• Provide active support with longlisting candidates for open Vacancy Announcements under the close supervision of the respective tract and compile HR data on staff recruitment and selection, contractual conditions, entitlements to support analysis, and reporting needs.
• Provide administrative support in on boarding of new staff members in compliance with relevant processes and procedures.
• Maintain confidential personnel records, HR databases, and archives, to ensure data and files are accurately stored and updated in compliance with the established standards.
• Use HR management systems for entering and updating a variety of HR data including assistance in monitoring various deadlines ensuring the e-recruitment system is fully leveraged and contains updated information.
• Support with any other HR administrative task as required.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
Education:

• Completion of secondary school education.
• A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resource administration or support role in a multicultural environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English: ability to produce excellent quality documents and reports.

Reporting to the Director, of Human Resources, the Head, of HR Services and Administration will be responsible for the delivery of efficient HR administration processes and services through effective leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of HR services, Records Management, Employee Relations and Welfare, and Employee Engagement / Experience. The role holder will drive automation and operational excellence of HR service delivery through the use of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Human Resources Administration and Operations/Services. The role will suit an individual of high integrity, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills with a track record for establishing and leading highly effective and efficient HR Service functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Optimize the capabilities of the HCMS to improve service delivery and ensure effective use of data, trend analysis and
reports to inform planning and decision-making.
• Manage the HCMS and provide effective support for HCMS including driving the use of HCMS, resolving issues,
recommending solutions and ensuring continuous improvement through automation.
• Evaluate departmental records management needs and develop and implement records management standards, policies,
and procedures in consultation with the Bank’s Management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (Talent and Capability Development, Resourcing and
Reward Management, Medical Services) to promote data governance and stewardship and to improve overall strategic
and operational performance.
• Lead and manage employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives and oversee employee welfare programs in line
with the Bank’s policies and applicable laws, while adopting leading practices.

Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
• Support business growth through organizational design to ensure that the organization remains optimally positioned to survive and excel in the market.
• Liaising with CEO, COO, sector heads, heads of departments, branch team leaders and other critical members of the team to establish talent requirements and provide recruitment solutions including use recruitment agencies to meet existing and emerging needs.
• Support organizational change by refining the desired outcomes, creating an accurate scope, establishing clear roles, and objective decision-making.
• Identifying emerging workforce and talent trends and recommend solutions to improve employee attraction, performance, retention, development, and employee value proposition.
• Design, lead, and work closely with heads of departments to ensure all approved HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively within the entire organization.
• Work with business leaders to define the organization structure, key measurement, key success factor.
• Developing staff competencies and skills through continuous training of products and policies for performance improvement as per set targets and standards.
• Facilitating implementation of a feedback mechanism at strategic touch points to facilitate open discussions of organizational improvement opportunities from employees.
• Oversee staff training and development, competencies, and skills development through continuous internal and external training on policies, procedures as well as core skills and soft skills necessary for performance of tasks.
• Ensure all HR practices, policies and records are in full compliance with statutory requirements and any inconsistencies and non-compliances are addressed.
• Create a system to measure/assess understanding, buy-in and support of HR change management activities and initiatives rolled out by the company from time to time.
• Provide the needed HR support for all organizations projects, programs, or activities that require HR intervention or contribution.
• With other senior leaders, establish, build, and maintain a favorable organizational culture that supports the business goals across the organization.
• Work to ensure continuity and consistency by promoting, recognizing, and rewarding discipline across the entire organization.
• Manage the organizations reward and compensation by ensuring pay equity, pay reviews, alignment with performance, pay adequacy, pay competitiveness and the integrity and correctness of the company’s payroll.
• Maintain the organizations stability by ensuring that appropriate HR policies, procedures and processes are developed, implemented, and documented.
• Performing any other tasks as may be requested from time to time.
