WYLDE Trust is therefore looking for a consultant with expertise in:
Research - to conduct desk-top research on the government support agencies available for access for the MSMEs and SMEs. This is based on the gaps that have been identified from the entrepreneurs’ businesses.
The researcher will also arrange for virtual interviews or telephone interviews with government agenciesto document the nature of support that they provide young businesses. Where virtual interviews are not possible the researcher will visit the government offices to capture the information
The researcher will also look for and interview entrepreneurs who have received support from select government agencies and document these in a case study format. Where possible the researcher will liaiseN with the media team to document a video of the entrepreneur’s experience with government service.
The Research Consultant will need to utilize research methods and techniques to gather data widely and synthesize to fit into easy-to-use format for the entrepreneurs in accordance to their business needs.
The research findings will be published in a micro website with links to relevant government websites.

• Fully accountable for the result of the project, is the driver that holds the project together.
• The project manager leads the project with passion, as if it was his or her own business.
• Follow the TU PSO process regarding deliverables and documentation
• Manage the Timeline
• Manage the Budget
• Manage the Issues and Risk Register
• Manage Scope Change
• Manage Decision Register
• Complete all Documents (Project Charter, MSP Plan, Weekly Report on PowerPoint, Weekly report on Clarity, Steerco Pack, Project Checklist, Project Close Out documentation, etc…)
• Manage projects sites , TFS, SharePoint and Clarity
• Defines Project Roles and Responsibilities: Working closely with the Customer, Sales Team Infrastructure, ISG etc… the PM is ultimately responsible for defining the project scope and objectives to ensure project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another. Performs Project Tracking:
• Prepares, maintains and submits clear & concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.
• The No. 1 reason for tracking a project is to discover potential problems before they occur.
• The PM applies this proactive approach in routinely tracking the project members’ progress against their project commitments.
