Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or any other relevant area of specialization.
• 3 years’ experience at Grade 7 within MKU or at a similar position in a recognized academic institution.
OR
• Higher National Diploma in relevant area of specialization.
• 5 years’ experience at Grade 7 within MKU or at a similar position in a recognized academic institution.

Key responsibilities also include
• To supervise user activities in the in the e-learning portal ensuring that students are engaged in appropriate activity and the area is welcoming for all
• To provide front line support for virtual students including basic ICT 2upport and technical queries on the e-learning platform
• To provide front line support for tutors and learners for all ICT Based eLearning Platform
• To assist learners in researching work and finding online resources through the university e-library
• To advise and assist students to identify their learning resource needs
• To provide a high quality level of customer service for all users on the use of the e-learning platform
• To assist in the collection of data for statistical reporting of eLearning activity
• To participate in staff inductions in the use of the eLearning Platforms
• To participate in other activities related to eLearning services
• To promote and contribute to the development of eLearning and ICT Support Services
