Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Business Development and Sales
• Plans annual operations and submits to the board of directors for approval.
• Develops merchandising strategies and assists in creating effective, cost-efficient advertising programs.
• Meets with team members individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
• Holds regularly scheduled management
• meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.

Customer Focus
• Regular communication with customers to increase customer satisfaction
• Resolves any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify
• Preparing reports on customer feedback and market intelligence with recommendations
• Carry out customer education on stock items with the aim of maximizing inventory turnover

Education, skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in sales role preferably in health industry

The Position:
• A senior marketing manager is primarily responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that drive sales for the company’s products. Plays a managerial role in the marketing activities of the department by overseeing the creation of engaging designs and content for the business’s marketing programs in order to ensure proper and consistent communication and embodiment of the brand’s identity and reach to the audience.

Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and pricing strategies for the product portfolio.
• Oversee marketing department staff and budgets.
• Increase Brand awareness and market share of products
• Co-ordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance and production departments.
• Oversee Branding, advertising and promotional campaigns including new product launches.
• Oversee the development of marketing material.
• Preparing marketing budgets together with the Brand Managers.

The Position:
• The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will create strategies and metrics to ensure the business stays on track with its objectives and exceeds targets. He / she will work with various departments on the budgeting, sales processes, and marketing strategies to ensure the company can achieve its goals.

• Ensure the development and training of the sales & marketing workforce
• Make decisions regarding marketing, sales, product development, new business opportunities, customer service to drive business growth and market share
