Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Creation of specifications, development, validation, and delivery of CDISC SDTM and regulatory deliverables (eCRT Define.xml, SDTM aCRF).
• Analysing and combining data from a variety of sources and structures including virtual trials, wearables, eCOA, etc.
• Generating visualizations (Spotfire), Statistical safety reports (TLFs), safety event notifications and data alerts for study teams.
• Provide consult, analysis, and support across various therapeutic area studies in their CDISC compliance and consistency in mapping.

Key responsibilities:
• Maintain a quality management system and actively participate in promoting quality compliance activities
• Oversee quality investigations, internal audits and external audits.
• Conduct regular audit procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

• Custodian of Quality Management System documents.
• Manage, review and avail the Standard Operating Procedures in a database.
• Train new and existing staff on the requirements of the quality management system.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the continuous development, implementation and updating of Data.FI’s information security and data privacy standards, guidelines, processes and procedures in compliance with USAID and Palladium Information Security policy, with a particular focus on protecting PII/PHI and security in the software development life cycle.
• Operationalize a security assessment and testing program to regularly verify that Data.Fi projects have adequate security controls and that those security controls are functioning properly to safeguard information assets.
• Manage the frameworks, processes, tools and partners/consultants to manage risk and to support risk-based decisions related to information system activities
• Coordinate routine activity audits to proactively identify and mitigate information security risks and facilitate the management response and remediation efforts
• Identify acceptable levels of residual risk and assist with action plans, policy and procedural changes for risk mitigation. Provide strategic recommendations to activities to help improve project results, quality of deliverables, risk optimization, security processes and compliance with regulations
• Facilitate information systems security management education and training in USAID, corporate and project standards for all project staff
• Document any security breaches and assess their damage, working with the project leadership team and Global ICT, following Palladium’s Information Security Policy processes and procedures, In compliance with the Company’s ISO27001 Certification.
• Review all project data sharing / data access agreements and keep a current roster of agreements.

The Business Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyse, document and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders, gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need.
The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions. The Business Analyst will also be proactive by exploring Emerging technologies to optimize business processes. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements.
Majorly, the BA acts as bridge between specific Business Units/Subsidiaries and IT Services, planning and coordinating operational activities by maximizing the value provided by systems to that particular business unit or Subsidiary. In addition, work with users to identify ways in which IT services can benefit their business, and define the detail of their requirement in terms of functionality and performance.

• Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish user classes, as well as their characteristics.
• Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
