ROLE PROFILE:
To coordinate smooth operations in the stores department on receiving of goods, storage and issuing to end users

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the stores team
• Keep inventory management systems is up to date, Receipts in SAP Ensuring the weekly and monthly report have been submitted chemical/ fuel/fertilizer files.

• Reconcile Quarter Stock takes – Q4 annually.
• Requisition of centralized items e.g. Fertilizer
• Controlling and monitoring of stocks consumption
• Responsible for receiving and checking all deliveries i.e local and import
• Keep inventory management systems up to date issuing & receipts in system
• Decanting of chemicals both morning and evening.
• Custodian of Company Keys.
• Writing Gate pass – Releasing pass.
• Maintain a monitoring system of the movement of materials from main store to the workshop
• Accurate data management- maintains accurate and up to date stores records for accountability and control i.e. MSDS, KFC, Filing and Procedures
• Enforces HSE rules and regulations and champions the implementation of the Syngenta HSE policy in all business operations.
• Any other tasks & projects as may be allocated from time to time

We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management and oversight of commerciai/residential properties which are under management. The ideal candidate should be someone who can assist the company to maximise asset value, enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The company is currently based in Isiolo but with a growth potential for other towns and cities, especially in Nairobi.

Job Requirements
Qualifications

a) A Bachelor's degree of Arts in Land Economics, Real Estate. Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate diploma in Estate Management.
b) Membership of relevant professional body, if applicable;
c) A minimum of five (5) years of relevant post qualification work experience
Language skills: Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to develop proposals, concept papers, position papers as well as write reports and prepare relevant Board Papers on property matters.

Requirements and skills
a) Proven work experience as Property Manager
b) Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
c) In depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
d) Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
e) Customer focus and bottom line orientation
f) Good interpersonal relations with strong communication and presentation skills
g) Well organized with excellent time management skills
