DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct regular tools assessment in collaboration with the sub county and facility HRIOS to ensure that facilities have standard data collection and reporting tools.
• Support the facility/Sub-County/County HRIOS in forecasting, distribution and redistribution of standard MOH tools as well as project customized tools.
• Mentorship of health service providers on correct use of standard national recording and reporting tools and correct interpretation of indicators making reference to the indicator manual and user guides.
• Champion implementation of EMR and e-HTS through mentorship support to EMR users, rolling out of EMR to new sites and ensuring 100% reporting rates for all EMR sites in the National Data Warehouse (NDW).
• Ensure data quality in the EMR data by regularly reviewing data charts in the National Data Warehouse dashboard and providing feedback to facility staff and sub-county team.
• Support and coordinate monthly data collection processes for all the facilities assigned and ensure all reports are collected and submitted within specified timelines.
• Work closely with the Sub-County HRIOS to ensure timely submission of monthly standard MOH reports by facilities as well as timely entry into KHIS by 15th of every month.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and conduct research on gender, youth and social inclusion in agri-food systems
• Deliver outputs and outcomes aligned with IRRI and the Gender Platform vision, mission, values, target goals, policies and procedures
• Establish collaboration with research and academic partners, as well as other work package leaders; this includes troubleshooting whenever issues arise from the projects
• Develop and sustain partnerships and coordinate with other CG centers for joint advocacy and knowledge generation and sharing on gender, evidence and impact issues
• Align with IRRI and GENDER Platform Leaders and Research Support to assure synergies in the work
• Maintain and proactively develop network and partnerships with potential donors
• Manage performance and mentor research staff in the research cluster
• Monitor the of progress of the research projects, including the review of draft operational reports and research performed ensuring quality of outputs at all times
• Write and consolidate scientific achievements into fit-for-purpose communications materials in collaboration with the Platform and IRRI communications teams
• Develop technical and financial reports on the projects and Evidence Module
• Publish and actively contribute to articles in peer-reviewed journals/digests that highlight findings from module and IRRI activities showcasing the scientific leadership
• Represent the Evidence Module, GENDER Platform and IRRI to a wide audience by presenting at international conferences/meetings

Job Purpose
The Project Manager – Inclusive Data works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Sightsavers to advance the organisation’s strategic priorities on inclusive data, strengthen practice, understanding and learning on inclusive data and ensure that our work is joined up across the organisation.

Principle accountabilities (specific activities and end results):
• Facilitate engagement on inclusive data working with global stakeholders responsible for the delivery of inclusive data across the different thematic strategies of health and inclusion to build consensus and internal alignment, and ensure that our work is joined up across the organisation.
• Work with relevant Sightsavers stakeholders to review and map team’s projects and initiatives where inclusive data is being incorporated, ensuring that this information is consolidated, shared and disseminated to demonstrate how our collective work on inclusive data is contributing to improving inclusion.
• Manage Sightsavers inclusive data charter action plan and support the development and implementation of an internal work plan that sets out our collectively owned, cross-organisational goals and objectives on inclusive data. Proactively work with relevant internal stakeholders to monitor implementation of agreed plans, addressing risks & issues and reporting on progress.
• Lead the inclusive data stakeholders working group, working with the inclusive data operations and planning coordinator to implement effective processes and mechanisms and maintain engagement of stakeholders through regular group calls and communications.
