Specific responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ health and their demands and aim to fulfill them as well as possible on telemedicine.
• Issue appropriate prescriptions and administer medicine.
• Inform other health providers about any problems or discrepancies that might arise.
• Acquire and review patient histories identifying abnormal conditions.
• Monitor patients’ progress and keep records of treatments and other medical events.
• Attend to emergencies in the clinic.
• Perform minor surgeries.
• Provide therapeutic treatments (disinfecting wounds, stitching etc)
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients.
• Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members of various specializations.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional. Publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Offering mobile doctor services as required.
• Participating in the case conference for quality assessment.
• Presenting and participating in webinars scheduled.
• Participating in testing the application and dashboard.
• Making sure the clinic is well organized and sterilization is done.
• Participate in active patient engagement

• Take up new roles in the companies as departments arise.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in clinical medicine
• Proven work experience as a Health provider.
• Registration with the relevant board or council.

Other Attributes:

• Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination, therapy and recovery.
• Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how.
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Caring and compassionate.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for leading in designing and implementing the organization’s community and networks engagement interventions in relation to criminal justice reform, access to justice and accountability. Empowering communities, organising for change, establishing communities of practice, s/he is the liaison between local communities and the organization and helps to ensure that the organization understands and respects the needs of stakeholders at community level, while also helping to facilitate positive relationships. The position is the link between local and national level advocacy for change in the criminal justice sector.

Main Responsibilities Of The Jobs
Managerial / Supervisory/ Operational Responsibilities or roles:
• Develops and leads the implementation of IMLU’s network and community strategies and ensures they are adhered to;
• Maintains a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances and other communication opportunities;
• Nurtures new and old relationships with collaborative partners especially social justice centres, community-based organisations and other human rights organizations involved in the anti- torture campaign;
• Actively participates and represents the organisation in various networks/platforms and movements and provide information about the organization’s mission, programs, and activities;
• Collects feedback from members of the community about their needs and concerns, which may be used to develop new programs or improve existing ones;
