Job Purpose
Leverage digital channels to drive Watu's digital presence whilst supporting the development and execution of digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain Watu social media presence on various platforms.
• Analyze the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Act as a point of contact between the Watu Gari and Brand team to address any digital management/ brand queries or concerns.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Requirements
• Candidates should have experience leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies, especially in the B2C space or for larger ticket asset purchases, and be comfortable using data to direct such efforts and activities.
• Candidates should also be highly-collaborative and understand how to “work through others” to ensure she is able to scale her efforts and impact across the company.
• Last, candidates must be expert communicators, knowing how to sit in between multiple (potentially tens) of stakeholders and ensure everyone knows what they
• need to know, when, etc. and get the feedback as well as results needed to advance.
• Along these lines, five years’ prior experiences in marketing, branding, and/or communications roles are required, as is time spent in direct management of a cross-functional team. Finally,
