Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for supporting in evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, raising of purchase orders, and ensuring that approved purchases are costefficient and of high quality.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting with the preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Assisting with Publishing and distributing procurement and disposal opportunities including
• invitations to tender, pre-qualification documents and invitations for expressions of interest.
• Co-ordinate the receiving and opening of tender documents and Co-ordinate the evaluation of
• tenders, quotations, and proposals.
• Support the Process purchasing transaction for, equipment’s, materials, suppliers, capital
• goods and service within organizational purchase requirements.
• Support Invitation and awarding process of the recommended suppliers after rigorous selection process.
• Participating in Establishment and negotiation of contract terms and condition with suppliers (eg hotels industry) for the use of their wide variety of services.
• Implementation of procurement records and updating annually standing lists of registered tenderers required by the procuring entity.

DCP countries
• Provide support to DCP teams as they perform their day-to-day work with a focus on the ARTMIS modules, in line with the procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ARTMIS – the end-to-end procurement system that GHSC-PSM uses – particularly for processing ROs from inception to fully executed contracts.
• Ensure that all countries maximize the use of all ARTMIS functionalities, so as to minimize or eliminate any parallel paper-based systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SharePoint, providing guidance for correctly tagging documents and monitoring adherence.
• Clearly communicate approved policies and procedures and assist in sharing guidance, developing and updating job aids, providing training and mentoring, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Participate in relevant technical and management meetings (online, where possible) and disseminate relevant information to DCP teams.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and correct data entry for each country, define gaps and corrective and preventive actions with DCP Integrated Supply Chain Manager.

DCP regional procurement capability

• Manage procurements for countries assigned to the DCP regional procurement capability pilot, execute procurement from beginning to end in collaboration with recipient country.
• Receive ROs from clients, confirm product specifications, complete procurement requirements evaluation, manage and evaluate sourcing events (under long-term agreements and one-offs), obtain sign off from clients on finalized ROs, draft, review and execute subcontracts or POs for execution with vendors, monitor shipments to delivery, process vendor payment requests internally and ensure complete and timely filing.

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Last Mile/Delivery Associate who will be responsible for supporting the effective operations of the Last Mile in terms of on-time delivery and quality delivery within the agreed cost and budget for online business channels, such as e-food, non-food, marketplace, etc.

Roles and responsibilities
Assets Responsibilities

• Support the effective operating model for the e-Commerce Last mile deliveries using internal and/or 3P service providers.
• Contribute to the development of detailed processes, quality control measures, and KPI’s for a seamless and effective last-mile operation.
• Review daily reporting for all internal/external customers to assess performance and full order management.
• Liaise with the IT team for related IT issues which affect the day-to-day working of the site and liaising with IT team to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
• Find the most appropriate solution to deliver goods to end customers to offer the best unified customer experience for the country at the lowest cost.
• Implement the delivery of service contracts with providers/suppliers and ensure these are up to date with its accurate application.
• Ensure that the logistics services providers & suppliers upload accurate information & documents in the Transport Delivery System.
• Ensure compliance that all cash handling during the last mile operations are as per company’s defined guidelines and procedures.

Merchandise Responsibilities
• Coordinate last mile resources as per the forecast provided by the different business units.
• Ensure required resources (Van, Bikes and Drivers) are always available at all operational sites.
• Participate in the daily team meetings and provide inputs for operational enhancements.
• Support and track both home deliveries and returns to/from stores/DC/suppliers
