Requirements for Appointment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Sciences Degree from a recognized institution;
• Post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• A member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing.
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
• Good Analytical skills and Organizational skill

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify information relating to recruitment, appointment, transfers, human resource management records and complement control.
• Supervise and guide clerical staff in the Division/Section.
• Assist in preparing notices, agenda and correspondences for the Board meeting.
• Implement Board resolutions for the relevant department and other stakeholders within existing rules, regulations and procedures.
• Compile and update staff establishment.
• Develop, update and maintain data and records of Boards activities.
• Coordinate leave schedule for the secretariat staff.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
