Field Officer
The position will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and will be responsible for providing sales and client support services for business growth

Key responsibilities:
• Product Marketing and positioning
• Carry out member education to improve customer experience
• Schedule field activities for efficient resource utilization so as to achieve set monthly and annual sales targets
• Visit customers to build relationships with a view to identifying their needs

Job Title Deputy Director, Partnership And Linkages
Reports To DIRECTOR, PARTNERSHIP AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Director Partnership and Resource Mobilization, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the creation of strategic partnerships and linkages for furtherance of the Authority’s mandate.

1. Scope of Work /Duties /Responsibilities
1.1. Development of resource mobilization strategies;
1.2. Developing funding proposals for resource mobilization and drafting of negotiation documents;
1.3. Developing and updating donor and development partners database and funded projects and programmes;
1.4. Assessing and evaluating various externally funded projects and programs;
1.5. Preparing reports on funding and resource mobilization activities and programmes.
1.6. Develop and implement the social enterprise strategy to diversify revenue streams.
1.7. Mobilizing financial and non-financial resources from private sectors entities, individuals and corporate agencies
1.8. Monitor donor reporting and grant expenditure deadlines;
1.9. Providing input in the development and implementation of mobilization policies and strategies for sourcing of funds from individuals, bilateral, multi- lateral and private organizations;
1.10. Reviewing and analyzing the partnership database for policy decisions;

2. Qualifications
2.1. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following Marketing, Planning, Economics, Commerce, or other business/ Health related field from a recognized institution;
2.2. A Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines Business Management, Marketing, Planning, Economics, Commerce, or other business/ Health related field from a recognized institution
2.3. Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
2.4. Be a member of a relevant professional body in good standing where applicable;
2.5. Proficiency in use of MS Office applications and ERP platform; and
2.6. Met the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution;
2.7. Demonstrated experience in securing funds for development organizations from the global community, donors and the private sector;

Digital Marketing Manager

About The Role

BURN is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to conceptualize, develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As a proactive digital manager, you will need to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Our Digital Marketing Manager will work within the marketing team, with product managers, and other internal teams/stakeholders to design and launch campaigns on time and within budget. She or He will also be required to manage and oversee all digital marketing assets and real estate across multiple markets and geographies.


Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide thought leadership to the organization on Digital and social media marketing strategy
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our digital and social media presence
• Manage and optimize our digital and social media real estate
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Collaborate with in-country teams to support sales efforts with localized tactical digital and social media campaigns.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate and manage any vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Skills and Experience:
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Excellent writing and communication skills are required for this role
• Knowledge and experience in content development & Marketing will be an added advantage
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
