  • Planning of office accommodation and layout
  • Maintaining and updating furniture and office equipment inventory
  • Maintaining the movement of assets
  • Facilitating logistics for meetings conferences and other special events

Requirements for appointment

  • Be a Kenyan citizen;
  • Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration /Management, Community Development or any other Social Sciences from recognized Institution and
  • Certificate in Computer application from a recognized Institution.
