Admin Assistant and Social Media Personel

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in a relevant field is required. Social media or digital marketing certifications are preferred.
  • Certificate in customer care relations.
  • Experience handling Customer care desk.
  • Experience with and broad knowledge of digital websites, social networking, email, blogging, photography, and videography to seamlessly apply to multiple scenarios is required.
  • Experience working in a neuro-rehabilitation or clinic set-up (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Self driven, ability to take initiative and a quick learner.
  • Strong written and verbal fluency in English and Kiswahili is required.

Job description

  • Point person for client bookings and phone correspondence 
  • Maintain company social media accounts
  • Design social media strategies to boost marketing and exposure outcomes
  • Creating and curating engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) 
  • Monitor and maintain resources and toys used for therapy
  • Provide support to other clinical staff as directed
  • Support the operations manager in vendor and service providers management as directed
  • Assist the operations manager in data entry tasks as directed
  • Partner with operations manager to maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Coordinate client visits with the Clinical Services Staff and keep an updated schedule of visits.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  • Regularly update staff and client data to ensure that it is up to date.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and assets
  • Maintain a neat, safe and secure working environment
