Woodcreek School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator to drive student recruitment, manage admissions processes, and build strong relationships with parents and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Management: Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Student Recruitment & Enrollment Growth: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to grow enrollment.
  • Parent & Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and families.
  • Marketing & Communications Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the school.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Enrollment: Monitor market trends and develop strategic enrollment plans.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in admissions, recruitment, marketing, communications, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing relationships with clients, parents, or prospective customers.
  • Experience working within an international school, university, or educational institution.
  • Experience in student recruitment and enrollment management.
  • Understanding of Cambridge, Pearson BTEC, NCUK, or other international curricula.
  • Experience with CRM, admissions, or student information systems.
