JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Cook supports the Chef in daily meal preparation, cooking, and maintaining an organized, clean culinary workspace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, marinate meats, and prepare base ingredients for cooking.
  • Cooking Support: Assist in cooking dishes, plating food, and managing specific cooking stations.
  • Station Maintenance: Keep cooking areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized.
  • Stock Rotation:Assist in receiving supplies and storing them using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
