Job Summary:
The Assistant Human Resource Manager supports the HR Manager in the delivery of comprehensive HR services. This role is a hands-on position responsible for the management of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training. The successful candidate acts as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture and compliance with labor laws.
