For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:

• Diploma in the relevant area of specialisation from an accredited examination body;
• Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable);
• Valid practising license from the relevant professional body (where applicable); and
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Experience needed,

Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Assistant Laboratory Technologist II or in a comparable position;

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
