Assistant Sector Head - Check Off Loans

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and oversight of the Sector
Drive growth of the sector loan book through product development and market penetration
Monitor portfolio quality and manage Non- Performing Loans
Develop strategies to enhance customer service and turnaround time
Lead, mentor and develop sector staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures
Monitor sector performance, market trends and profitability
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized university
CPA/Credit Certification or Diploma/Credit Certification
At least 7 years' senior-level experience in Credit within an MFI or financial institution
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills Proficiency in MS Office
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
