Role Overview

As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in facilitating research and data collection activities, ensuring a seamless participant experience, and supporting the successful execution of biometric and user research studies. This position combines customer interaction, operational support, and technology handling in a dynamic research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support biometric authentication and other research-related data collection activities.
• Guide participants through study procedures and ensure adherence to research protocols.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging participant experience.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot research devices, gadgets, and equipment.
• Ensure research labs and workstations remain organized and operational.
• Assist in participant recruitment to meet study demographics and project requirements.
• Support day-to-day research operations and administrative activities.
• Accurately follow study guidelines and operational processes.
• Escalate and report operational issues as required.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, administration, hospitality, retail, data collection, research support, or other service-oriented roles.
• Experience working with technology, devices, or user research activities is preferred.
• Experience interacting directly with customers, participants, or clients is an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in the local/native language.
