JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a stylish, analytical, and sales-driven Brand Manager for Men's Footwear to join our team. The role involves marketing and promoting men's footwear, managing product displays, analyzing market demand, onboarding B2B customers, and ensuring stock availability and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote men's footwear to increase visibility and sales.
• Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of men's footwear across all branches.
• Maximize sales of men's footwear by implementing effective strategies.
• Conduct market demand analysis and provide regular insights to management.
• Manage ordering of men's footwear and liaise with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Sales Achievement – Attain monthly sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising Compliance – Achieve 90%+ compliance during audits.
• Stock Availability – Zero stock-outs on core SKUs.
• Customer Satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Academic/Professional Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business or a related field (Marketing, Retail Management, or Fashion Merchandising).
• Work Experience:
  • Experience in marketing and branding.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in brand promotion and expertise in footwear merchandising.
  • Expertise in footwear, marketing and branding.
• Skills, Competencies & Special Attributes:
  • Excel proficiency – mandatory for reporting and analysis.
  • Team leadership and logic for coordinating with branch teams.
  • Problem-solving skills for handling operational challenges.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
