Bakery Assistant

Job Description

Desins Crown Bakers Ltd. is seeking motivated and hardworking Bakery Assistants to support daily bakery production. The successful candidates will assist in preparing, baking, and packaging quality bakery products while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of bakery ingredients and products.
• Operate bakery equipment under supervision.
• Prepare doughs, fillings, and other bakery products according to established recipes.
• Package finished products for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery and workstations.
• Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
• Assist with inventory and stock handling as required.

Requirements

• Certificate or experience in baking or food production is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
