The Magazine Lounge is seeking a skilled Barista / Mixologist to join our team.

As a Barista / Mixologist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and alcoholic beverages. This role requires excellent customer service skills, creativity in drink preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure that all drinks are prepared to high standards and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Create and serve a range of cocktails and mixed drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and inform management of low stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista and/or Mixologist.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• A passion for creating high-quality beverages.
