We are seeking passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create high-quality beverages while delivering a memorable experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment efficiently.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
• Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste.
• Recommend drinks and provide guidance to customers based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks when required.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
• Ability to operate and maintain barista equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
