JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Barista/Mixologist will prepare quality coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized beverage station.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, specialty beverages, cocktails, and mocktails according to standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Recommend beverages to guests where appropriate.
• Maintain adequate beverage supplies and monitor stock.
• Operate and maintain bar and coffee equipment.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
• Process orders accurately and provide prompt service.
• Follow responsible beverage service and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Barista Skills, Mixology, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Previous barista, bartender, or mixology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Creativity and attention to presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
